Ingredients
- KEWPIE Mayonnaise 50g
- Laksa Paste 80g
- Thick Vermicelli 200g
- Bean Sprouts (optional) 28g
- Fish Cake (sliced into strips) 15g
- Prawns 3 pcs
- Tofu Puffs (cut into cubes) 2pcs
- Boiled Egg (cut in halves)
- Laksa Leaves (finely chopped)
How To Make
- Pre-blanch Thick Vermicelli, Beansprouts, Fish Cake for 1 minute in boiling water.
- Heat up the pan and fry Kewpie Mayonnaise until soft and runny under low heat.
- Add laksa paste and stir-fry until fragrant and slightly dry.
- Add blanched vermicelli and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes, mix evenly.
- Add blanched bean sprouts and fish cakes, mix evenly.
- Add finely chopped laksa leaves, mix well, and serve.
- Serve with boiled eggs.
