How To Make

  1. Boil soba noodles in boiling water for 8mins. Then rinse or soak soba noodles in cold/ice water. 
  2. Mix 30ml of KEWPIE Black Vinegar Onion and 30ml of KEWPIE Sesame Soy Sauce. 
  3. Placed chilled soba in (2) and top with fried garlic, sesame seed and spring onion.
