Ingredients

  • KEWPIE Truffle Mayo 90g
  • Dry Pasta 200g
  • Olive Oil 50ml
  • Diced White Onion 3 tbsp
  • Sliced White Button Mushroom 2 cups
  • Cooking Cream 200ml
  • Pasta Water 30ml
  • Salt 1 tsp

How To Make

  1. Boil the pasta until it’s al dente in salted water. Save about 30ml of pasta water before draining.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over low heat. Sauté diced white onion & diced garlic until fragrant (prevent browning them).
  3. Add sliced white button mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Mix the cooked pasta in.
  5. Mix the cooking cream with Kewpie Truffle Mayo, then pour this sauce over the pasta and mix well. Add in pasta water gradually.
  6. Season with salt to taste and serve your pasta hot.
