Ingredients
- KEWPIE Truffle Mayo 90g
- Dry Pasta 200g
- Olive Oil 50ml
- Diced White Onion 3 tbsp
- Sliced White Button Mushroom 2 cups
- Cooking Cream 200ml
- Pasta Water 30ml
- Salt 1 tsp
How To Make
- Boil the pasta until it’s al dente in salted water. Save about 30ml of pasta water before draining.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over low heat. Sautรฉ diced white onion & diced garlic until fragrant (prevent browning them).
- Add sliced white button mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes.
- Mix the cooked pasta in.
- Mix the cooking cream with Kewpie Truffle Mayo, then pour this sauce over the pasta and mix well. Add in pasta water gradually.
- Season with salt to taste and serve your pasta hot.
