Ingredients
- KEWPIE Dressing Sesame Soy Sauce
- KEWPIE Dressing Roasted Sesame
- Minced Pork Belly Meat 150g
- Corn Flour 2 tsb
- Olive Oil 1 tbsp
- Water 1 cup
- Carrot (Finely chopped) 50g
- Cabbage (Finely chopped) 50g
- Crispy Noodle 80g
- Pre-blanched Lotus Root 60g
- Mixed Green 20g
How To Make
- Heat the Ninja sauté function and add oil. Lightly fry the carrots and cabbage until they soften. Mix the minced meat with corn flour.
- Add in the minced meat into the sautéed vegetables along with 1 bottle of Kewpie Dressing Sesame Soy Sauce and 1 cup of water.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring occasionally, then simmer for 10 minutes or until the meat is tender.
- Toss the crispy noodles with 4 tbsp of Kewpie Dressing Roasted Sesame.
- Pour the cooked minced meat sauce over the crispy noodles and garnish with cooked lotus root and some greens.
