Ingredients
- KEWPIE Mayonnaise 2 tbsp (marinade)
- KEWPIE Dressing Sesame Soy Sauce 1 tbsp (marinade)
- KEWPIE Dressing Roasted Sesame (dipping sauce)
- Firm Tofu (Tau Kwa) 1 block
- Carrot (grated) 100g
- Japanese Cucumbers (chopped) 100g
- Hotdog (chopped) 75g
- Spring onions (chopped) 30g
How To Make
- In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients with KEWPIE Mayonnaise and Dressing. Mix well.
- Adjust the consistency of the mixture with plain flour if needed; it should be thick but spreadable.
- Heat cooking oil in a pan over medium-low heat. Add the pancake mixture.
- Cook both sides of pancakes until they turn golden brown.
- Serve with KEWPIE Roasted Sesame Dressing as a dipping sauce.
