Ingredients

  • KEWPIE Dressing Yuzu Shoyu 3 tbsp
  • Fresh Sashimi-Grade Fish or Scallops 200g
  • Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
  • Lemon Slices (a few)
  • Cherry Tomatoes 6-8 (halved)
  • Red Chilli Padi 1-2 (chopped)
  • Small Red Onions (sliced)

How To Make

  1. Slice the sashimi-grade fish into very thin slices or cut into cubes, then arrange them in a glass container.
  2. Pour KEWPIE Yuzu Shoyu Dressing and lemon juice over the fish.
  3. Add lemon slices, halved cherry tomatoes, and chopped red chillies and red onions.
