Ingredients
- KEWPIE Dressing Yuzu Shoyu 3 tbsp
- Fresh Sashimi-Grade Fish or Scallops 200g
- Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
- Lemon Slices (a few)
- Cherry Tomatoes 6-8 (halved)
- Red Chilli Padi 1-2 (chopped)
- Small Red Onions (sliced)
How To Make
- Slice the sashimi-grade fish into very thin slices or cut into cubes, then arrange them in a glass container.
- Pour KEWPIE Yuzu Shoyu Dressing and lemon juice over the fish.
- Add lemon slices, halved cherry tomatoes, and chopped red chillies and red onions.
