Ingredients
- KEWPIE Wasabi Mayonnaise โ for Dipping
- Borderlessbutter โ Whipped Seaweed Brown Butter 1 tbsp
- 200g Minced Shrimp (prawn paste recommended)
- Egg White
- Corn Flour 1 tbsp
- Cooked Rice
- Spring Onions
- White Bread 4 slices
How To Make
- Wash shrimp, drain, and pat dry with a towel. Flatten with a rolling pin and mince for a chewy texture.
- Mix minced shrimp, corn flour, scallions, egg white, and Borderlessbutter in a bowl.
- Spread Borderlessbutter on both sides of the bread and apply the shrimp paste evenly.
- Air fry at 200ยฐC for 6 minutes on each side (total 12 minutes). Serve with Kewpie Wasabi Mayo as dipping.
