Ingredients

  • KEWPIE Dressing Yuzu Shoyu 10ml
  • Red Food Colouring 10 drops
  • Granulated Sugar 5 tbsp
  • Soda Water 60ml
  • Ribena Strawberry Syrup 15ml
  • Ice Cubes 5 pcs
  • Vanilla Ice Cream 1 scoop

How To Make

  1. Dye the granulated sugar with red food colouring.
  2. Dip the rim of a cocktail glass in water and dip it into the red-colored sugar to coat the rim.
  3. Add Ribena Strawberry syrup, Kewpie Dressing Yuzu Shoyu, and ice cubes into glass. Add soda water and stir the mixture well with a spoon.
  4. Place a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top of the drink. Optionally, sprinkle additional red-colored sugar on top for garnish.
