- Salmon Fillet 1 pc
- Swiss Brown Mushrooms 200g
- Cherry Tomatoes 250g (halved)
- Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
- Black Pepper (a pinch)
- Lemon Zest (a pinch)
How To Make
- Preheat oven to 190°C for 15 mins.
- Spread Kewpie Chunky Garlic Spread mixed with lemon juice over salmon on parchment-lined tray.
- Season with black pepper and lemon zest.
- Add mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, bake for 12-15 minutes. Serve hot, garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
