Ingredients
- KEWPIE Dressing Sesame Soy Sauce 2 tbsp (marinade)
- KEWPIE Mayonnaise 2 tbsp (marinade)
- Mirin 1 tbsp (marinade)
- Salmon Fillets 1 pc
- Shimeiji Mushrooms 1 cup
- Edamame 1 cup
- Rice 1 cup
How To Make
- Mix all marinade ingredients. Cover the salmon with marinade and chill for at least 30 minutes.
- Rinse rice, add to cooker with water.
- Place edamame, mushrooms and marinated salmon over rice. Pour in any remaining marinade sauce and stir gently.
- Combine mixture with diced tofu and chopped scallions.
- Cook in rice cooker as per normal.
