Ingredients
- KEWPIE Sesame Soy Sauce Dressing
- Egg (beaten)
- Sliced Shabu Beef
- Enoki Mushroom (portion out)
- Wawa Cabbage
- Cooked Rice
- Green Onions (garnish)
- Red Chillies (garnish)
How To Make
- Wrap small bundles of enoki mushrooms and napa cabbage in thinly sliced beef shabu.
- Pan fry in oil until browned on both sides.
- Add KEWPIE Sesame Soy Sauce Dressing, simmer for a minute.
- Drizzle in a beaten egg, and cook for 1 minute. Slide onto rice and add your favourite garnishes and serve!
