Ingredients
- KEWPIE Mayonnaise 4 tbsp
- KEWPIE Dressing Caesar 1 bot
- Cauliflower (pre-blanched, cooked, and cooled) 180g
- Salt, Pepper, Sugar and Sweet Paprika powder (a pinch of)
- Toasted Pinenuts 55g
- Toasted Walnuts 55g
- Kale Leaves 20g
- Sliced Red Radishes 10g
- Shaved Parmesan Cheese 35g
How To Make
- Pre-blanch the cauliflower, then coat it with Kewpie Mayonnaise and season it with salt, sugar, pepper, and paprika powder.
- Roast the whole cauliflower in the oven at 200°C, covered with silver foil, for 25 minutes.
- Once roasted, generously top the cauliflower with Kewpie Dressing Caesar and the remaining garnishes – toasted pinenuts, walnuts, kale leaves, sliced red radishes, and shaved parmesan cheese.
