Ingredients
- KEWPIE Dressing Black Vinegar Onion 3 tbsp
- KEWPIE Honey Mustard Sauce 9 tbsp
- Large Salmon Fillet 450g
- Salt and Pepper (a pinch of)
- Warm Pre-cooked Russet Potatoes (peeled) 3 nos
How To Make
- Combine all the ingredients for the salmon. Season the salmon with salt, pepper, Kewpie Dressing Black Vinegar Onion, and top it with 3 tbsp of Kewpie Honey Mustard Sauce. Bake in the oven at 165°C for 20 minutes.
- In a small mixing bowl, mash the pre-cooked russet potatoes and blend in salt, pepper, and 4 tbsp of Kewpie Honey Mustard Sauce until well combined.
- Serve the salmon alongside the honey mustard mash potatoes, garnished with a drizzle of 2 tbsp Kewpie Honey Mustard Sauce.
