Yuzu Shoyu Steamed Prawns with Green Apple Strips and Citrus

Serve these flavourful prawns with a refreshing touch of green apple strips, citrusy orange wedges, and fresh mixed greens, alongside a side of Kewpie Yuzu Shoyu for dipping.

  • KEWPIE Dressing Yuzu Shoyu
  • White Prawns 250g
  • Green Apple (thinly sliced into strips) ½ nos
  • Orange (peeled and cut into wedges) 1 nos
  • Mixed Greens 40g

How To Make

  1. Marinate the prawns in 3 tbsp of Kewpie Dressing Yuzu Shoyu for 1 hour.
  2. Steam the prawns for 10 to 12 minutes.
  3. Serve the prawns warm or at room temperature, topped with orange wedges, mixed greens, and strips of green apple for a refreshing crunch.
  4. Serve the deshelled prawns with a side of Kewpie Dressing Yuzu Shoyu as dipping sauce.
