Ingredients
- KEWPIE Dressing Yuzu Shoyu
- Salmon 100g x 4 pcs
- Diced White Onion 30g
- Cherry Tomato (8 halves, 30g diced)
- Spring Onion (Garnish)
How To Make
- Marinate raw salmon, diced white onions & cherry tomatoes in Kewpie Yuzu Shoyu Dressing for 1 hour
- Remove salmon & tomatoes from brine
- Grill salmon for 4 mins on skin side at high heat & reduce to medium heat
- Flip salmon to get colour on all sides
- Add cherry tomatoes, diced onions and brine to cook for 3mins
- Plate fish & tomatoes, reduce brine to thicker consistency & drizzle over fish
- Garnish with spring onion strips
