How To Make

  1. Marinate raw salmon, diced white onions & cherry tomatoes in Kewpie Yuzu Shoyu Dressing for 1 hour
  2. Remove salmon & tomatoes from brine
  3. Grill salmon for 4 mins on skin side at high heat & reduce to medium heat
  4. Flip salmon to get colour on all sides
  5. Add cherry tomatoes, diced onions and brine to cook for 3mins
  6. Plate fish & tomatoes, reduce brine to thicker consistency & drizzle over fish
  7. Garnish with spring onion strips
