Ingredients
- KEWPIE Wasabi Mayonnaise 1 tbsp
- KEWPIE Mayonnaise ½ tbsp
- Large Eggs 4pcs
- Spring Onions 1 stalk (Garnish)
How To Make
- Place four eggs in a pot and cover them with room temperature water.
- Bring the water to a boil, then remove the pot from the heat. Cover it and let the eggs stand for 13 minutes.
- Remove the eggs and soak them in cold water until they are cooled.
- Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
- Transfer all the egg yolks into a bowl and mash them with a fork.
- Add Kewpie Wasabi Mayo and Kewpie Mayonnaise to the mashed yolks, then mix thoroughly.
- Place the mixture into a bag with a piping tip and pipe it onto the egg whites.
- Garnish with chopped spring onions.
