How To Make

  1. Place four eggs in a pot and cover them with room temperature water.
  2. Bring the water to a boil, then remove the pot from the heat. Cover it and let the eggs stand for 13 minutes.
  3. Remove the eggs and soak them in cold water until they are cooled.
  4. Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
  5. Transfer all the egg yolks into a bowl and mash them with a fork.
  6. Add Kewpie Wasabi Mayo and Kewpie Mayonnaise to the mashed yolks, then mix thoroughly.
  7. Place the mixture into a bag with a piping tip and pipe it onto the egg whites.
  8. Garnish with chopped spring onions.
