Roasted Baby Potatoes with Kewpie Truffle Mayo and Shrimp

Indulge in Roasted Baby Potatoes and Shrimp, perfectly seasoned with Kewpie Balsamic dressing and mayo, then roasted to perfection. Top it off with delightful Kewpie Truffle Mayo and a sprinkle of dried parsley for an irresistible dish.

  • KEWPIE Dressing Balsamic
  • KEWPIE Mayonnaise
  • Baby Potatoes (pre-blanched) 200g
  • Red onion (sliced) 1 nos
  • Spring Onion Bulbs (sliced) 2 pcs
  • KEWPIE Truffle Mayonnaise 3 tbsp
  • Cooked Baby Shrimp 100g
  • Dried Parsley 1 tsp

How To Make

  1. Marinate cooked baby potatoes (cut into bite-sized pieces, lightly smashed) and sliced red onions with 2 tbsp of Kewpie Dressing Balsamic and 2 tbsp of Kewpie Mayonnaise for 10 mins.
  2. Arrange the baby potatoes and sliced red onions in the Ninja Foodi and roast at 200°C for 25 minutes.
  3. Serve the roasted potatoes topped with cooked baby shrimp (marinated in Kewpie Dressing Balsamic for 10 minutes), drizzle with Kewpie Truffle Mayo and sprinkle dried parsley for garnish.
