Ingredients
- AOHATA Whole-Fruit Orange Jam 1 btl
- Unsalted Butter 250g
- Fine Sugar 200g
- Mandarin Orange (peeled and wedges) 80g
- Whole Egg 4 nos
- Self-Raising Flour (pre-sifted) 250g
- Milk 80g
- Chopped Pineapple 4 tbsp
How To Make
- Place butter and sugar in a mixing bowl, then whisk until it reaches a creamy white texture.
- Add eggs one at a time, ensuring thorough mixing.
- Gradually add in flour, followed by milk, chopped pineapple, and 2 tbsp of Aohata Orange Jam. Beat until a smooth batter forms.
- Lightly spray the baking mould with oil. Using a teaspoon, fill the mould with the cake batter and garnish.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 165ยฐC for 5 to 9 minutes or until fully cooked.
- Allow the cake to cool completely before removing from the mould.
- Serve with the remaining Aohata Orange Jam with the butter cake.
